The Summer real estate market has been extremely busy in DC, reflecting a shift in seasonal volume triggered by the changeover in the presidency and administration earlier this year. UrbanLand Company agent recruiting has been in full swing the entire time.
“We’ve quietly added a diverse mix of agent transfers and incoming new licensees to our roster during 2017, including 4 this Summer that are wrapping up their integration into our brokerage business model,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company. “In addition to these newcomers, we’re now through our second DC Pre-Licensing session at the UrbanLand Company Real Estate School and currently adding students for our October Accelerated semester. It’s an exciting time for growth over here as we near the opening of 2 new regional offices for the firm!”
Here’s the new faces and incoming recent transfers from local real estate brands and other career paths.
