We’re proud to announce that our Agent Leads Generation Program, the in-house lead referral and training program for ULC Agents, has produced 22 closings off of our brokerage leads for a total of $7.8 million in home sales since the start of 2017. The current average closing price for transactions off of our leads is now $355,000, a 13% increase over 2016’s $313,000 average for closed deals.
“The group has really picked up momentum after a slower start to the year due to the changeover with the election, with over $4.4 million in closings from June to August from our brokerage leads,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company. “We’re thrilled to close over 60% of the program’s volume in 2017 during just the Summer, a traditionally slower season. Projections for the Fall and year end look strong in the Leads Program.”
