We moved our brokerage headquarters to our H Street Corridor realtor office in Trinidad back in the Fall while we were successfully marketing and selling our original Shaw/U Street headquarters. “I self-managed the design and conversion of this Trinidad commercial space into our new headquarters. We first launched our NE office as a satellite office and event space for our Workshops and agent sphere of influence events,” commented Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company. Here’s photos of the public areas of the space.

UrbanLand Company’s new regional realtor office for the DC/MD/VA market is at 1020 Bladensburg Road, NE in Trinidad.  We designed this space with flexibility in mind for our agents. Our office is a modern, flex-space facility with agent co-work space & a large amount of square footage going to public event space for our Workshops and sphere events.

The Bladensburg Road location stands out for being right near H Street in the middle of major development activity while just being a few minutes from the Maryland line & Prince George’s County.

“Our focus on having flex space lets us do all kinds of ‘fun’ things in support of our agents. The rollout of the office has been a major success. Besides the brokerage headquarters, the space at Bladensburg holds mutiple Homebuying Workshops & Homeowner/Seller Workshops per week, and agent sphere of influence & networking events as needed.  We built the space to handle a crowd, and are agents are getting a lot of face time with the public & their respective networks.
