Our In-House Agent Leads Generation Has Now Passed $50 Million in Direct Closings!

2018 totals are now tallied for UrbanLand Company’s Agent Leads Generation Program. “Our in-house referral program for our firm’s agents has now crossed an important milestone – $50 million directly in closed volume off of our online leads, public workshops program, call center and other brokerage marketing! We were fortunate to add 30 more unit sales to our total in 2018 and start the new year with multiple transactions from our Leads program pending for January closes,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company.

The program is based on referral leads off of our various brokerage and marketing programs with the public.  “Our Agent Leads Generation Program continues to evolve with the changing local marketplace and we’re excited for several new lead sources producing for us in 2019. Some of our Agents do almost 100% of their volume from Program leads, and others ‘dip in’ to our Workshops and other lead sources to fill up their pipelines during lulls in their own personal networks. It’s really a unique way of supporting our group’s growth that really, really works well for all involved,” continued DiRuggiero.
