Welcoming 4 Incoming Agents to UrbanLand Company! Building Agents’ Business.

The Summer real estate market has been extremely busy in DC, reflecting a shift in seasonal volume triggered by the changeover in the presidency and administration earlier this year. UrbanLand Company agent recruiting has been in full swing the entire time.

“We’ve quietly added a diverse mix of agent transfers and incoming new licensees to our roster during 2017, including 4 this Summer that are wrapping up their integration into our brokerage business model,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company. “In addition to these newcomers, we’re now through our second DC Pre-Licensing session at the UrbanLand Company Real Estate School and currently adding students for our October Accelerated semester. It’s an exciting time for growth over here as we near the opening of 2 new regional offices for the firm!”

Here’s the new faces and incoming recent transfers from local real estate brands and other career paths.

Zendra Palmer

Zendra Palmer is an accomplished interior designer and business owner working in both the DC and Baltimore markets as an UrbanLand Company Agent. Ask her about the living in Baltimore and working in DC — you’ll learn how to save a lot of money on your housing budget!

Martine Hippolyte

Martine Hippolyte is an educational consultant with DC schools transitioning into growing her realtor business. She grew up in a “brokerage family” and has real estate in her blood.

Clara Schoew

We’re proud to welcome Clara Schoew of Coldwell Banker, an incoming agent transfer. She is a Petworth resident and Virginia native with a family background in real estate development.

Kamrod Greenidge

“Kam” is a native and crew chief with DC Water working with major development projects. He is a transfer agent from the McLean office of Keller Williams and comes directly from their training program.

“UrbanLand Company continues to attract a diversity of incoming talent who all have similar motivations,” continued DiRuggiero, “They all share a common motivation to grow & develop their realtor business on a medium to long-term basis using initiatives like our agent training and oversight program as well as the ability to plug into our Agent Leads Generation Program for advanced opportunities (leads!).”

We have a tried and true track record of helping real estate agents develop and grow. Initiatives like our Agent Leads Generation Program are the best insurance policy a local agent can have. Let us show you what we can do for you. New agents are welcome.
