Week’s Watch: New DC Listings


Mortgage interest rates continue slight back and forth volatility. Rates on 30 year fixed rate loans went back under 4.0% barely and are at 3.96% from select banks. Just under 150 newly listed homes, condos and row homes have listed for sale, many at affordable prices in various parts of DC.
