Week’s Watch: New DC Listings


Interest rates on mortgages remain low and DC continues to have fresh inventory becoming available for sale. Over 160 newly listed homes, condos and row homes have listed for sale, many at affordable prices.  Rates on 30 year mortgages have creeped up to 4.03% from select banks nationally, after several weeks down below the 4% marker.

 

This Week’s Listings Watch takes a look at a Penthouse in Hill Crest that takes up the entire top level of the building shown. It’s a $194,900 listing with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,350 sq. ft. of interior space.
