Week’s Watch 8/7: $200,000 in Baltimore City

Our Week’s Watch on what $200,000 and up buys in Baltimore City continues. This is fun look at how far your money stretches in a homebuying sense when you head a little north of DC.

“We’re setting our targets weekly on city homes in the range from $200,000 to $300,000 pulled out the active MRIS,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company. “It’s a ‘fun’ price range when you compare Baltimore’s inventory and market dynamics to places like our core Washington, DC market.  Think of it as luxury Baltimore properties at a DC resale first time buyer price.”

This Week’s Watch goes single family style with a 1920’s home on a full 1/2 acre lot at 1016 Pine Heights Ave. The home has several updates throughout and a listing price currently at $204,900.  Listing courtesy of RE/MAX One with MRIS data last updated 8/7/17 at 7:30am.
