Our Week’s Watch on what $200,000 and up buys in Baltimore City continues. This is fun look at how far your money stretches in a homebuying sense when you head a little north of DC.

“We’re setting our targets weekly on city homes in the range from $200,000 to $300,000 pulled out the active MRIS,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company. “It’s a ‘fun’ price range when you compare Baltimore’s inventory and market dynamics to places like our core Washington, DC market.  Think of it as luxury Baltimore properties at a DC resale first time buyer price.”
