Week’s Watch (11/6): New DC Listings


November remains a month that you start the home buying process. Mortgage interest rates on 30 year fixed rate loans are just under 4% from select banks nationally after 2 weeks of slight increases, and there is a ton of new inventory listing for sale in DC and Maryland every singe week.
