Week’s Watch (10/10): New DC Listings


October remains a month that you start the home buying process. Mortgage interest rates on 30 year fixed rate loans are at just 3.85% from select banks nationally, and there is a ton of new inventory listing for sale in DC and Maryland every singe week.
