UrbanLand Company Welcomes Stu Reynolds as Associate Broker


UrbanLand Company is pleased to announce the addition of Stu Reynolds of Reynolds Real Estate to the firm. Stu is a native Washingtonian and has been the Principal Broker of local firm Reynolds Real Estate for over 30 years.

sreynolds-roundedStu Reynolds is a licensed broker in DC and Maryland. He has been a broker for over 30 years, is an accredited real estate instructor, and is a licensed appraiser. Stu will be an Associate Broker with UrbanLand Company.

Reynolds Real Estate is a multi-generational family owned brokerage that was founded in 1949 by the Reynolds family. The brokerage currently operates from owned space at 3109 Georgia Avenue, NW in Columbia Heights.

“Making the transition allows me to accomplish several personal goals related to the closing of Reynolds Real Estate,” said Stu Reynolds. “I’m thrilled to join UrbanLand Company’s group of real estate professionals.”
