We’re proud to announce the launch and opening of the UrbanLand Company Real Estate School! We’re now an accredited real estate educational institution at 913 Florida Avenue, NW in Shaw at our main headquarters. The school is opening with a calendar of Continuing Education (CE) classes for agents and the DC Principles & Practices of Real Estate 60 hour course required for those getting their DC license.
CE Classes start right away in February on 2/13/2017 with the 3 hour Fair Housing CE course followed by a regular schedule of available CE topics. All are accredited and count toward your requirements! Our first upcoming Principles & Practices of Real Estate starts March 15, 2017 and runs for a total of 11 weeks.
