Tuesday “After-Work Edition” Home & Condo Buying Workshops at 913 Florida Ave. NW

The local real estate market is busy, competitive and sometimes confusing for home buyers new to the market. January so far has been an extremely busy month in the market!

UrbanLand Company offers twice weekly free Home Buyer Workshops for local home shoppers who want to understand and navigate the pathway to ownership in the DC/MD/VA marketplace.  Tuesday nights at 5:30pm is our After-Work Edition Workshop, with a fast-format introduction to opportunities and challenges facing first time buyers shopping in the $300,000 – $500,000 price range.

Head speaker is UrbanLand Company Principal Broker Gerard DiRuggiero. His experience includes the sales of over 1,500+ condos and homes in the DC/MD/VA market. He is a contributing expert witness with the Board of Zoning Appeals on local real estate matters and also regularly handles the sales and marketing of new condominium projects for developers and investment groups.

“We focus in on core issues that can be obstacles for new buyers.  The focus on the $300,000 – $500,000 price range gives attendees a very clear picture of the broad part of the market as a whole. If you’re looking at below $300,000 (or above $500,000), just let us know and ask a question during the session! We have heavy participation from our audience and topics often change to match who is in room,” commented DiRuggiero.

  • What to expect from your real estate agent

Workshops are held at our offices at 913 Florida Avenue, NW. Attendance is always free.  “Our guidance and advice is free of charge. There is an alternative Saturday Workshop available from 10am – 11:30am weekly. Please email us if you’d like to attend a Saturday morning. We also meet one-on-one privately during the week in the daytime or evenings, if you reach out to us!
