ULC’s Agent Leads Generation Program Closes 38 Home Sales

Happy Fall real estate season, everyone! We’ve had a busy Summer and are proud to announce that our Agent Leads Generation Program, an in-house lead referral program for ULC Agents, has produced 38 closed 1st time home buyer sales since the start of 2016 for a total of $12.14 million.


“The Agent Leads Generation Program continues to increase it’s pace and it’s average selling price (now at $319,640 per sale),” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company.  “Our agents’ 38 sales as of 9/13 puts them already near our total for last year of 46 sales. We’re looking forward to going well past last year’s total as 2016 speeds to a close.”

Seven different UrbanLand Company agents represented the 38 home buyers in their pre-qualification, search and transactions. “A large number of these buyers started with us in our Home Buyer Workshops or were seeking help with available local financing programs. No one works harder for first time home buyers than our UrbanLand Company Leads Generation Program agents,” said Gerard DiRuggiero.  “The group has committed to helping educate, work with, and nurture the leads that our firm generates.”

We’ve been working hard to continue to put a large number of commissionable opportunities right in front of our agents. Here’s some highlights on what the Agent Leads Generation Program has been up to!

  • We held our first onsite Home Buyer Workshop down at the United States Department of Agriculture on 9/3 with members of their union.  Our Workshop was the first of a series of educational Workshops that the USDA is putting in front of their union members.
  • Leads Generation Program agents are currently handling a blitz of incoming buyers taking advantage of major changes to local financing programs in Prince George’s County. We’ve acquired over 125 fresh home buyers in the last 3 weeks who are currently starting the process with us.

What’s the Agent Leads Generation Program?

It’s an in-house leads referral program for UrbanLand Company Agents who want access to the leads that our brokerage generates. These are exclusive, self-generated leads coming in from the brokerage’s marketing activities. UrbanLand Company has tracked Leads Generation Program volume separately from the brokerage since mid 2013.  Through this week, the Leads Generation program has produced a total of 111 closed sales for ULC Agents totaling $31.4 million in local volume since inception.

The program includes ongoing weekly training, lead optimization and a variety of other things that help our agents continue to build their success.
