ULC Agent Lead Generation Program Reaches 19 Sales for 2015 (as of 5/29)

As of last Friday, we’re proud to announce that UrbanLand Company’s Agent Leads Generation Program just finalized its 19th sale in 2015. That’s 19 sales directly resulting from brokerage leads that ULC Agents have converted to home buyers so far this year.

“The home buyers and property owners that we meet at our Workshops and other marketing initiatives continue to be great leads and great clients for our agents,” commented Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company. “We’re proud to announce that we’ve reached our 19th transaction for our agents who are participating in our Lead Generation Program.”

“In a partially active year for the Program in 2014, we ended the year with 28 closed sales totaling $5.8 million in volume. “Being at 19 sales before we’re even at 2015’s halfway point looks very promising for our Agents,” continued DiRuggiero. “What you can’t see in those 19 sales are the pending transactions we have in the Summer pipeline. There’s a large number of prospects working with our team that may deliver quite strong numbers for June, July and August!”

We run aggressive development programs for newer agents, intensive lead generation and listings acquisition programs for experienced agents, and a new condo sales program that generates its own unique leads and volume.
