Summer Update: Baltimore’s Bargain Rowhomes


We last took a deep look at potential investor rowhomes a few month’s back. It’s time for a Summer update to see what’s currently available in Baltimore’s Bargain Basement Rowhomes sector.

There are a large number of rowhomes spread out all over this large urban market that can be acquired for (next to) nothing when you compare to DC area properties. There is an extremely low cash cost of entry into this market as a real estate investor, first time buyer, or whatever you want to call yourself.
