After UrbanLand Company broker, Gerard DiRuggiero, and listing agent, Georgette Daher, gave the developer a competitive market analysis and budget for the improvements, the sellers moved forward with the plan. Construction is almost completed at The Wilson House unit and the finished product is quite a sight.
