Plans for redevelopment include the construction of a 7 story mixed use project that will feature 118 apartment units and 8,000 sq. ft. of retail, with 30% of the apartments going to affordable housing. The majority of the apartments will be ‘family-sized floorplans.” The plans also include creation of a public park on the property.
