Sale #31 For 2015 is In For Our Agent Leads Generation Program – $8.92 Million in Volume


“Our ULC Lead Generation Program Agents just wrapped up another 5 settlements as we rounded the corner into September,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company.  “These 5 new sales take our Lead Generation Program totals up to 31 sales in 2015 for a total of $8.92 million this far. We’re approaching a 100% increase over 2014’s full year totals with still a few months to go in the year.

“The key thing here is that every participating ULC program agent has contributed to volume during the summer,” said DiRuggiero. “It shows that we offer a diversity of real estate leads and opportunities to our agents that will actually close. We give out our leads to agents in an even distribution pattern – there’s no favorites over here, leads are allocated based on who is available, and it shows in each agent’s individual performance.”

The Program’s incoming leads can support 25 to 30 Agents needs’ for income opportunities. “The Lead Generation Program continues to evolve. We’ve now focused our attention on lead opportunities in NOVA and Baltimore based on market conditions and a few other factors that we discovered during the Summer,” said DiRuggiero. “We expect substantial success in the long term out of these zones.”

Some ULC Agents convert 100% of their volume from our brokerage leads and Workshop attendees. Others in the group with mature real estate businesses ‘dip in’ to the program and do 5-6 week rotations to fill up their pipeline with fresh prospects. “The model works great for our agents and fits within their personal priorities and goal structure. Why’s it fit so well? There’s a simple reason,” continued Gerard. “At the top, we stay very involved in growing our agents’ businesses. We know what each one wants to focus on, and our role at the broker level is to nurture their interests while giving them short -term commission opportunities.”
