Building Agents’ Business: Sneak Peek at our NE DC New Office


Here’s a holiday break sneak peek at our new NE DC real estate facility, opening soon at 1020 Bladensburg Road, NE. We’ve been talking about this unique real estate space quite a bit on our social media — here’s a breakdown of what’s going on in case you missed it!

“This new NE DC space is part 1 of 2 upcoming major new regional office openings for the brokerage,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company.  “The NE DC facility is an open, loft-style space that plays a key role as the hub of several different ongoing real estate initiatives going on now at UrbanLand Company. The opening for the NE facility will be followed by the opening of our new Baltimore City real estate office opening in Hampden’s commercial district.”

The NE DC facility is designed with one major goal in mind – to create a real estate-focused environment that gives UrbanLand Company agents an edge in building their business. “We have ‘done it all’ with the space to cover the full agent development life cycle,” commented Gerard. “This space holds DC Pre-Licensing classes, live ULC Agent field training, classroom space for our Homebuyer & Homeowner Workshops, and a full farming setup for agents focused on their neighborhood presence.”
