Meet Stu Reynolds – ULC Real Estate School Instructor


Here’s a follow-up on last week’s announcement of the UrbanLand Company Real Estate School, now open at 913 Florida Avenue, NW in Shaw / U Street Corridor. It’s time to meet Stu Reynolds, head instructor at the school and an Associate Broker with UrbanLand Company.

Prior to joining UrbanLand Company, Stu Reynolds was the Principal Broker of Reynolds Real Estate, a Columbia Heights-based DC brokerage that was in operation from 1949 – 2016. Reynolds Real Estate was founded by the Reynolds family with Stu acting as broker for over 30 years of the firm’s history. The brokerage had over 70 active agents at its peak.

CE Classes start right away in February on 2/13/2017 with the 3 hour Fair Housing CE course followed by a regular schedule of available CE topics. All are accredited and count toward your requirements! Our first upcoming Principles & Practices of Real Estate starts March 15, 2017 and runs for a total of 11 weeks.
