Do you want to stop renting in Prince George’s County, or do you feel trapped in DC by high prices? Join us for a Free Workshop as we show you how easy it is to buy in Prince George’s County. Whether you’re interested in being close to the DC boundary or looking for lots of square feet further out, there’s values and deals to be had in the County for first time home buyers.
“30 year fixed rate mortgages have remained under 4% this Summer, meaning the cost of borrowing for a mortgage is super low,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company. “Our agents regularly succeed in getting first time buyers into great homes in the County. We share free guidance twice a week at our offices, and many attendees of our Workshops end up with UrbanLand Company agents representing their home purchases.”
Free Workshops are available on Tuesday nights at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 10am. RSVP here or call 202.759.4114.
The process is easy. Our Home Buyer Workshops are quick sessions where we explain key parts of the first time home buying process, introduce local special financing programs that are very easy to use, show you how to drop your down payment or optimize your monthly mortgage payment, and answer any questions you may have. Our Free Workshops run out of our 913 Florida Ave. NW brokerage office in DC. We also offer phone sessions with our Workshop agents if you can’t make the trip in. Just make the request when you RSVP.
If you’re thinking of coming in, also check out the Maryland Mortgage (MMP) Program. This is a great Down Payment Loan program with other benefits including incentives if you have student loan debt or work for certain companies.
Our Workshops group of agents sell a large number of homes in Prince George’s County! “We’ve been taking buyers from DC into the County for a few years. They love the lower home pricing and the amount of square footage and luxury they can buy,” said Gerard. “Some of the agents also live in the County, we really are set up nicely to service a flow of home buyers wanting the County’s high degree of first time buyer value.”
