Fall Agent Performance Highlights – UrbanLand Company


It’s been a busy Fall in the DC area real estate market heading into Thanksgiving. Now’s a time we want to call attention to (and give thanks for) UrbanLand Company agents who are doing great things for buyers and sellers this season.

“We’ve got some new names up for activity alerts on their volume, and its great to see continued diversity in number of transactions and their locations for a variety of agents here at the firm,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company. “With a few days still left in November, we’re aligned for a strong close to 2015. There’s additional contracts ratified in the pipeline for settlement as we finish up the year.”

“There’s a strong mix of ULC Agent-driven business coming in that complements the volume generated by our Buyer Workshops and other Lead Generation initiatives,” continued DiRuggiero. “We’re proud to go into the Thanksgiving break saying ‘thank you’ to all the agents for their hard work and to their clients for continuing to pull the trigger on home purchases!”

ULC Agent Lynae Solomon recently ratified her 2nd new construction sale, giving her 2 valuable new construction purchase contracts now as a brokerage agent.
