New Construction Buyer Registration grew quickly into a formal program due to the success of our Home Buyer Workshops program,” continued DiRuggiero. “Our Buyer Workshops draw a large crowd twice a week of interested home buyers, with attendees covering a wide spectrum of price ranges and incomes. Since New Construction typically carries a higher price point and different challenges and opportunities, we’ve had to offer stand-alone New Construction focused real estate services.”

In a simple sense, New Construction Buyer Registration is for buyers seriously considering purchasing a new condo or new home in DC/MD/VA. “There’s a different strategy when pursuing new construction opportunities as an inexperienced buyer. The Pre-Sales process at area projects gives you a chance to reserve and purchase a unit before the project is physically constructed, and you often get a price break by committing early. There’s certain considerations and a lot of details to consider as you navigate Pre-Sales. We’re here to represent you as your agent as you go through this process.”
