We’re continuing our look at Baltimore City with a focus in on Victorian listings available for sale on the market at shockingly low price ranges. A look at the MRIS today nets 7 Victorian properties in Baltimore City priced from $100,000 to $350,000.
“One thing you see right away at this attractive price range is lots of square footage. The majority of these Victorians show 2,000+ sq. ft. and are ready for move-in now. You don’t see this type of styling and real charm in DC price points anywhere near this range,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company.
Here’s one of the properties. It’s a 7 bedroom, 3 bath Victorian single family home in the Mount Holly neighborhood listed for $215,000 currently. The home used to be a two-family property that has been renovated to let one owner take advantage of all the space. It has 2,857 sq. ft. of living space. It’s listed courtesy of Fairfax Realty (info last updated 4/13/2017 at 10:01am) and not too many photos are available.
Here’s another pulled out of the group of 7. This one is a Reservoir Hill townhome that offers 2,484 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and is described as featuring gorgeous Italianate architecture, high ceilings and lot of new interior finishes. It’s listed courtesy of Keller Williams Legacy for $275,000 (info last updated 4/13/2017 at 10:05am).
Here’s the full group of Victorians up-to-date from the MRIS listing system.
