Why Baltimore? Looking at Low Priced Victorians!


We’re continuing our look at Baltimore City with a focus in on Victorian listings available for sale on the market at shockingly low price ranges. A look at the MRIS today nets 7 Victorian properties in Baltimore City priced from $100,000 to $350,000.

“One thing you see right away at this attractive price range is lots of square footage. The majority of these Victorians show 2,000+ sq. ft. and are ready for move-in now. You don’t see this type of styling and real charm in DC price points anywhere near this range,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company.

Here’s one of the properties. It’s a 7 bedroom, 3 bath Victorian single family home in the Mount Holly neighborhood listed for $215,000 currently.
