Congrats to our Agent Leads Generation Program group of agents for a big August! ULC Agents Jacques Edelin, Dennis Cooper and Gail Carter delivered 6 closings off of our brokerage pipeline of leads and prospects.

Several of these buyers had been with us for over a year, going back to their first participation in our popular First Time Buyer Workshops and specialty topics.”
“Other highlights from the sales are that each and every one of them were above our average transaction value last year for our brokerage leads. We closed 52 deals for an average of $313,000 in 2016 – in 2017 we’re up to $355,000 per closing. It is a combination of rising housing prices mixed with a shift higher in the incomes & pre-qualification levels of our leads.”
