Associate Testimonial: My Time at UrbanLand Company

I was recently able to ask ULC Agent Madrienne Shamley what she thought of the brokerage since she joined up with us at the end of December. We’ve been following up with some of our recent incoming group of agent transfers to see how they’re doing and to pick up feedback on our training and support program. Here’s what she had to say:

I first met UrbanLand Company back in 2013 when I was finishing up my first year as a licensed real estate agent with another firm. Back then, I was checking out a webinar they were sponsoring called “Get More Out of Your Real Estate License.” I ended up having a schedule conflict with the session and they were more than accommodating in sharing the information with me.

I worked with several other local brokerages as an agent before joining UrbanLand Company at the end of 2016. The thing that sets UrbanLand Company apart the most is the level of access to real estate expertise and knowledge that is available on the fly. The group meetings are very valuable in getting other perspectives on the daily and local challenges we face in the DC area as agents. Training is fast and efficient and really focuses in on the essential things that you need to focus on.  Trish, Gerard and the other UrbanLand Company agents have been more than helpful to me in my time here so far.

The future looks bright! I’ve been focused on building my real estate business, am already working with several home buyers from the firm’s Agent Leads Generation Program and am currently finishing up April as an agent in their Saturday Home Buyer Workshops.
