Our Homebuyer Workshops program wrapped up a busy week last week, with 5 different free sessions across 3 different DC locations. Our hosting agents met 14 live home buyers with an interest in a variety of topics, and behind the scenes we have 40+ event RSVPs from the week that are now in personal CRM follow-up with the agents.
Workshop sessions were run at our Shaw office and at mobile pop-up locations in the H Street Corridor & Dupont Circle. “Our education program with consumers showcases what a brokerage can do when marketing and lead generation blends seamlessly into the technology our agents use every single day,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker of UrbanLand Company. “The activity and interest the Workshops bring in make our CRM a very busy place for ULC Agents & our marketing team.”
