14 Luxury Condos Coming To 1108 16th Street, NW in Winter 2017


New condos have been announced with a completion date at 1106 16th Street, NW. This spot is basically between Dupont Circle and the back of the White House.

1108 16th Street, NW is a brick and stone building from the 1920’s that will incorporate the existing facade into an 8 story mixed use residential and office project. Four stories will contain 18,000 sq. ft. of office space and the four upper stories will hold the residential portion of the project.

Condominiums will include 14 luxury residences and 1 affordable dwelling unit. There is an additional ‘attic story’ with ornamental cornice up top. Other touches include bay windows and juliette balconies above the lower office portion.

Red Multifamily Development expects the building’s completion in winter 2017. The project will be serviced by Farragut North and McPherson Square METRO.
